How it Works

Our holistic, two-week program provides evidence-based treatment in both individual and group formats, wellness services, case management, life skills, and resources to help transform your life from the disruptive symptoms of traumatic experiences. The treatment you receive will be customized around your specific circumstances and goals.

Based on your unique treatment plan, you will:

  • Receive evidence-based mental health treatment
  • Participate in wellness services such as yoga, art therapy, music therapy, and spiritual health
  • Learn healthy coping skills
  • Engage with family counseling

Our program is available to eligible post-9/11 veterans and service members affected by invisible wounds, regardless of location, discharge status, deployment history, or length of service. All care, travel, and accommodations are arranged for and provided at no cost to participants, including pick-up from the airport upon arrival and transportation to and from the hotel and to all appointments and activities.

Your Path to Healing: What to Expect

Step 1: Take the First Step
Today is the day to prioritize your mental health. Call us or fill out the form—it’s confidential, quick, and the first move toward getting the care you deserve.
Step 2: Talk with a Veteran Care Coordinator 
A fellow veteran will reach out to answer your questions, learn more about your experience, and—if appropriate—schedule a clinical assessment. You’ll speak with someone who truly understands.
Step 3: Complete Your Clinical Assessment
You’ll meet with one of our expert clinicians to talk about what you’ve been going through. This conversation helps us understand your needs and recommend the best possible care.
Step 4: Receive Your Customized Care Plan

Based on your assessment, we’ll create a care plan tailored to your needs. This may include: Our two-week Accelerated Treatment Program, Telehealth care (available in 42 states and 2 U.S. territories), Our groundbreaking Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Study.

Step 5: Get Ready for Your Start Date
If accepted into the program, a social worker will contact you to help schedule your start date and work through any barriers—like travel or lodging.
Step 6: Your First Day
You’ll attend orientation, meet your care team, connect with your veteran cohort, check into your hotel, and begin treatment. You won’t do this alone—we’ll be with you every step.
Step 7: Graduation Day
At the end of the program, you'll leave with tools for healing and a renewed sense of strength. Most of all, you'll be proud you made the call.
