Our cardiologists, surgeons, imaging experts, and other specialists work together to provide comprehensive heart and vascular care for your patients. This collaboration allows us to deliver seamless service and provide quick access to a wide variety of medical experts as needed. We believe in a team-based approach to patient care. You, and all our referring physicians, are vital members of this team.

Refer your patients using one of three methods.

Phone

Simply dial 404-778-5050 to use our straightforward Referring Provider Support Line. An Emory representative will assist you in identifying and scheduling the right Emory specialist for your patient’s needs. If you wish to speak directly with an Emory physician, our representative will facilitate a prompt connection.

Web

Emory Healthcare Link is a secure online portal, not an electronic medical record (EMR), enabling external health care providers to access patient information and perform tasks such as submitting referrals and entering orders. At the end of a patient’s care at Emory, referring providers receive continuity of care documents via this portal. Visit emoryhealthcare.org/carelink to request a new account or login.

Liaison

Our Emory Heart & Vascular liaison can assist with scheduling outreach visits or connecting directly with our physicians to facilitate a referral. Click the “Request Referral Assistance” button and we’ll respond within two business days.
