Orthopaedic Physical Therapy

Physical therapists will design a personalized program to help you reach your goals. Our experienced staff includes:

• Board certified specialists in orthopaedics and sports medicine
• Certified intramuscular and manual therapists
• Pilates certified specialists
• Certified strength and conditioning specialists
• Fellows of the American Association of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists
• Therapists certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine

To schedule an appointment, you will need a referral from your physician for physical therapy or occupational therapy. We accept most major insurance carriers, excluding Medicaid.

When calling to schedule an appointment, be ready to give:

• The name of your referring physician
• The nature of your problem
• Your insurance company and claim number
• Your employer’s name (for workers’ compensation claims)
• Your phone number

For your first visit, please bring:

• Proper clothing for evaluation and movement (e.g., shorts for hip/knee problems)
• Insurance referrals as needed
• Form of identification
• Physician’s prescription
• Co-pay amounts if required
