MyChart enables patients to:
Emory Healthcare transitioned to using Epic on October 1, 2022. Epic is our electronic health records system, which includes your MyChart patient portal. We moved all previous patient portals—Blue, Gold, HealtheLife, Eye Center, and Emory Decatur—into a single, easy-to-use system.
You will need to create an account for the Emory Healthcare MyChart patient portal. You’ll need to sign up even if you use MyChart at another health system or provider practice.
Signing up for an account is easy. In most cases, it takes only a few minutes.
We offer three ways to get help with registration or using MyChart:
1. Online Registration
2. In-Person Assistance: Ask for help during your visit to any Emory Healthcare facility.
3. Remote Support: First, read through the MyChart FAQs.
If you need additional help, call MyChart Support at 404-727-8820 or email mychart.support@emoryhealthcare.org.
The MyChart patient portal offers a better billing experience. You can view your bills, ask questions, and make payments all in one place. Key features include:
While transitioning to this centralized system, bills from specific departments or third-party providers may not appear in MyChart. You may receive comprehensive billing information through traditional mail. You may also find it in your MyChart patient portal.
If you're new to using MyChart, you may have questions. We've created a playlist of how-to videos to help you learn more about features and common functions.
