If you have a concern with the care you are receiving, please share it with your doctor, nurse, or other member of your health care team. They will gather information and follow up with the appropriate individuals or departments. They aim to resolve any patient complaints, concerns or grievances.
When to Contact the Office of Patient & Family Relations
If you feel your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact the Office of Patient & Family Relations. This office responds to complaints about Emory Healthcare’s medical care and services.
You may submit a complaint by making a call, mailing a letter or sending an email to patient.relations@emoryhealthcare.org.
We will provide prompt and compassionate service. We take your concerns very seriously and are dedicated to making sure you get the care you need.
