Important Update

Beginning December 1, 2025, Houston Healthcare practices will move to the Epic patient portal, MyChart. Please view the "How do I sign up for MyChart?" FAQ below for details on how Houston Healthcare patients can sign up for MyChart or get assistance with signing up.

What Is MyChart?

MyChart is Emory Healthcare’s patient portal. MyChart lets you view your health information in one place and partner in your care. Through MyChart, you can:

  • Tell us how you want to be contacted (text, emails, or calls)
  • See and update your medications
  • Ask for medication refills
  • Check your appointments
  • Get payment estimates
  • Look up your test results
  • Review and pay bills
  • Schedule appointments (some appointments you'll need to schedule over the phone)
  • Send messages to your care team
