We Are Here to Help
We offer a range of financial assistance programs and community services designed to ease the burden of health care costs. Our goal is simple: to help you get the care you need without added financial stress.
How Financial Assistance Works
If you are uninsured or underinsured, you may qualify for help with emergency or medically necessary care. We rely on the U. S. Federal Poverty Guidelines to determine eligibility:
- Uninsured patients may qualify if your income is up to 225% of the federal poverty level.
- Underinsured patients may qualify if your income is up to 125% of the federal poverty level.
We’re here to walk you through the process and answer any questions you have.
Providers Who Accept Financial Assistance
Many Emory Healthcare providers participate in our Financial Assistance Program, including those from:
- Emory Medical Group, LLC
- Emory Specialty Associates, LLC
- The Emory Clinic, Inc.
We also provide a list of those not currently included in the program, so you can make informed choices about your care.
How to Apply for Financial Assistance
Getting started is easy, and we are here to guide you through every step. To apply, please log into your MyChart account.
If you do not have access to MyChart, you can call 404-778-7318, and a knowledgeable representative from the Emory Customer Services team will assist you in completing the financial assistance application. We also work with a trusted third-party partner to review your income and assess your eligibility based on financial need.
