E-Visit

E-Visit: Care on Your Schedule

Need quick help for a common health issue? Try an E-Visit.

Emory Healthcare now offers E-Visits for certain non-urgent conditions—providing an easy way to get care through your secure MyChart patient portal.

What is an E-Visit?

A simple way to get care for common health issues — no appointment or video needed.

E-Visits let current Emory patients get care online with messages in MyChart. No need for in-person or video visits. You will answer a guided set of questions, and an Emory provider will review your answers and send you a personal care plan within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, 8 am–3 pm).

E-Visits are billable. Please see additional cost information below.

Conditions currently treated via E-Visit at Emory Healthcare:

  • Conjunctivitis (pink eye)
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Pre-Travel questions through Emory’s TravelWell Clinic
  • Upper Respiratory Infection (like a cold)
