Laboratory results are available to patients through the Emory Patient Portal. Please note that although most laboratory results are posted to the secure Patient Portal, more sensitive test results along with Anatomical Pathology and genetic results will not be available through the Portal.
If patients are unable to access results through the Portal or are having any difficulty, please contact Emory Medical Laboratory Customer Service at 404-712-5227. Results can also be requested directly from the Laboratory Customer Service. To expedite requests, download and fill out the Authorization form. Simply fax the completed form with one of the acceptable methods of positive identification listed below to 404-712-0828.
Acceptable methods for positive identification: Select one to fax with completed Authorization form.
- Copy of photo identification (passport, Driver’s license)
- Last four digits of Patient’s Social Security number
- Patient’s last name, patient’s first name, patient ‘s date of birth
- Patient ‘s address and phone
