We are the only long-term acute care facility in the nation with all three Joint Commission Gold Seal Certifications in respiratory failure, wound care, and sepsis.

We typically treat 30 to 40 patients at a time to provide individualized care for an extended period. All our rooms are private for maximum comfort.
