Emory's dedication to promoting a healthy workplace has significantly enhanced employee well-being and overall community health.

Emory offers a comprehensive range of health and well-being programs, including:

• Healthy Emory Connect: Well-being platform for benefits-eligible employees and spouses to earn medical plan well-being incentives or rewards.
• Physical Activity Programs: Access to fitness classes, health challenges and gym facilities.

Additionally, Emory features a unique Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) for employees at risk for Type 2 diabetes. This one-year program, engaging 100 employees this past year, teaches participants how to eat healthily, increase physical activity and manage stress. The majority of participants — 95% — rated the program’s content as excellent or very good.
