Emory's Home Page (/sitecore/content/EH/Emory/Home) is based on /sitecore/templates/Project/EH/Emory/Home
This Home template is based on tenant's Home (/sitecore/templates/Project/EH/Home) template which is OOB SXA template.
The tenant's home template inherits Base Page, please refer to this page for details.
This template should be only used to create a home page but as the home page is already created in the site setup process, it should not be changed.
