Our guest services team is ready to answer your questions or assist with needs that come up during your visit or stay. You can find our guest services desk in the main lobby of the hospital.
Visiting hours at Emory Long-Term Acute Care are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Some hotels in the area may offer discounts for people visiting a patient in the hospital. Please speak with the hotel directly.
The hospital cafeteria is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. for breakfast and 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch. Vending machines are on the main floor near the lobby.

The front desk staff can give you directions, a Decatur map or other suggestions.
You may have one person stay overnight in your room. However, we do not allow overnight stays in the specialty care unit (SCU).
A chaplain is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They make rounds and visit patients regularly. If you want to talk to a chaplain, please tell the charge nurse or front desk staff.
We lock the doors on Candler Street at night and on weekends. To enter, go to the front of the building or use the call box outside the door.
If you would like a security guard to walk you to your car, please tell the front desk staff. They will call security to escort you.
