About Emory University Hospital Midtown

Emory University Hospital Midtown (EUHM), a 532-bed tertiary care hospital, has served Atlanta since 1908. More than 1,200 Emory Clinic and 440 private-practice physicians provide expertise in 28 specialties. Our hospital is known for cardiology and cardiac surgery, gastroenterology, oncology, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, high-risk obstetrics and emergency care.

Pharmacy Residency Programs

EUHM offers post-graduate year one and two pharmacy residencies in several clinical areas. All programs build on your Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) education and allow you to develop as a clinical pharmacist responsible for medication-related care of patients with a wide range of conditions.


Virtual Information Session 

In addition to ASHP Midyear Clinical Meetings, the EUHM residency programs hold a virtually information session annually.  The information session will be held the 2nd Tuesday of November each year.

Pharmacy Residency Application Process

Applications are accepted through the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS). You’ll need to supply your curriculum vitae (CV), transcripts, a letter of recommendation and a cover letter outlining your interest in the program.

Pharmacy Residency Preceptors

Experienced preceptors lead Emory University Hospital Midtown’s pharmacy residency program. These professionals assist you in meeting personal goals and course objectives. Preceptors oversee specialty areas, including:
