Patient & Visitor Information

Our gift shop, located near the second floor atrium of the main hospital, offers a wide selection of items, including cards and balloons, personal hygiene items and gifts. Hours are Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday, noon to 4 p.m. Closed on major holidays. Profits from our gift shop benefit services for our patients and their families.

Pharmacy

The Emory Healthcare pharmacy is conveniently located on the second floor of the Hospital Tower, near the public elevators. You can pick up your prescriptions at the pharmacy, as well as a variety of other items, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Flower and Mail Delivery

Florists will deliver flowers to your room. (Please note that patients in the ICUs, transplant and oncology units are not able to accept flowers due to the need to minimize risk of infection.) We are unable to accommodate package deliveries but are happy to deliver your paper mail each day. Please ask your friends and relatives to address mail to you in this way:

Telephones and Internet

Each patient has a bedside telephone. Your room’s direct number is listed on the whiteboard in your room. Local calls are free. Please note: If you choose not to be listed in our directory, we will not be able to confirm that you are a patient of the hospital. We offer free Wi-Fi for hospital guests.

Security

Uniformed security officers are in the hospital at all times. If you’re concerned about your safety, please tell your nurse or any hospital staff member.
