Radiologic Technology
Certificate Program

Academic Calendar, Course Schedule and Grading Scale

Our curriculum combines classroom lectures, laboratory work, and clinical training in radiologic technology. It aligns with the JRCERT standards (jrcert.org) and follows the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) Radiography Curriculum (asrt.org). This outcomes-based program is designed to help students develop both academic knowledge and clinical skills.

Classes are conducted Monday through Friday. Students complete hospital, program and institutional orientation sessions, prior to their initial clinical rotations. Following orientation, students typically spend 2–3 days per week in classroom sessions and 2–3 days per week gaining hands-on experience in clinical settings.

Grading System

The following system of grading is used:

A = 94-100 %
B = 87-93 %
C = 80-86 %
F = 79 % or less
IP = Course is still in progress
IC = Incomplete
W = Withdrawal

At the end of each semester, students are provided with a grade report that includes separate academic and clinical grades. These grades are calculated and averaged into the overall GPA. The institution retains official transcripts permanently, while grade records are kept for a minimum of three (3) years.
