We recommend reaching out to your plan to find in-network care options. For 2025: Starting 1/1/25, EHC will join your network and provide services for these plans. For those with other Anthem Exchange Plans, including Anthem’s Pathway and Pathway X plans, EHC will remain in-network for both 2024 and 2025.
